PARAV Academy is a living community dedicated to conscious living, sound, and selfless service. We bring together PARAV Ashram in Amritsar and workshops, trainings, and gatherings around the world, united by the same intention: to help people pause, listen deeply, and remember the light within their own hearts.

We honour timeless wisdom while remaining open to new understanding, welcoming every person regardless of culture, background, or belief. Whether at the Ashram beside the Golden Temple or in a workshop far from India, PARAV Academy exists to share direct experience over blind acceptance, and connection over distance.
