I grew up learning from my surroundings, and my first teachers were my parents, especially my mother. Following her inspiration, I see myself as a lifelong student of life.

My journey has been guided by observing, listening, and following the hearts of my Guru, teachers, and students, motivated by their longing and open hearts. The one question I could hear all through my teenage years was: how can I live with self awareness, love, and responsibility? This question led me to explore the deepest states of Naad, meditation, yoga, conscious living, community, and the wisdom shared by enlightened teachers from different cultures and generations.

I believe that wisdom is not something to be collected, it is something to be experienced, lived, and shared with humility. Every person, every culture, every language, every challenge, and every moment in nature has something to teach us when we learn to listen deeply.

This understanding inspired the creation of PARAV Ashram and PARAV Academy, spaces where people can pause, experience, inquire, and reconnect with themselves through direct experience rather than blind acceptance.

My aspiration is simple: to help create a chain of hearts that inspire one another through love, awareness, service, and gratitude. If one heart opens, it naturally touches another, and together we contribute to a more compassionate world.

I remain a student, learning every day from life, from people, from nature, and from the silence between sounds.

There isn't one story that defines my journey. Every heart I have met, every land of Mother Earth I have visited, every challenge I have encountered while travelling, and every moment of silence has shaped who I am today.

Each experience is deeply interconnected, like the pauris (steps) of a staircase. Every step offers an opportunity to learn, grow, and understand life more deeply, gradually bringing us to where we are in the present moment.

These experiences have taught me that life itself is the greatest teacher. PARAV was born from that understanding, not to provide answers, but to create a space where people can experience, question, explore, and grow together.

Naad, the entanglement of vibrations of sound, and ancient techniques of experiencing sound through different regions of the body and energetic points.

Training the Naad, sound, Mantar, and meditation.
